I found a pair of frames from Izipizi that were perfect for me but my regular eye glass shop wouldn't fill reader frames with my prescription. I sent them to LensDirect and when they came back to me, I couldn't find my focus. I worked with customer service, sent them back and they reground the lenses. On the second try they were PERFECT and I'm so pleased. I was worried about doing this online and, thanks to excellent customer service, I won't hesitate in the future. Thank you LensDirect!

I just got my frame lenses done...I provide a cartier frame and no visión store would do it because expensive frames...so I read all reviews from all the web who can made my lenses for my frame better on the Internet and shows lens direct,and boy they are the best ...in less two week I have then back and did a real good job. Superb awesome work..I'll do it again when the times comes...alex

I have placed two orders this year for replacement lenses. The process was very easy and the results were great. The lenses seemed better than those supplied by a large Optometry center, and I only paid half the cost. Shipment was quick and safely packaged.

If your top priority is obtaining top quality lenses & expert craftsmanship, look no farther than LensDirect. The single vision, blue blocker lens replacement service they performed on my frames has provided me with a great pair of TV glasses, with superb vision quality & an extremely comfortable viewing experience for hours at a time. Their prices are very affordable, their support team is awesome and it was less than a week from the time they received my frames to the time I received the finished product. There is one improvement I would suggest if their goal is to provide a completely in-home online service. That would be to include an inexpensive paint marker with the $5 shipping box they offer. The box came with instructions to obtain a paint marker, and while wearing the glasses you're sending them, use the paint marker to mark the position of your pupils on the lenses. I assume many customers like me, in need of a shipping box, will also be in need of a paint marker, requiring them to leave the comfort of their home in search of one. I was tempted to just drop my frames off at a local vision care center to have the lenses replaced if I needed to travel around town anyway. I chose not to. Would I recommend LensDirect? Definitely!
