Ii recently started buying my contacts through lensDirect. My initial order went through beautifully and while I was noticing my supply was getting low I actually received an email reminder that my supply was getting low so I sent in an order for my right eye and then later I realized I need the left eye contacts too but I couldn’t manage to get back on the right page. Well I ended up submitting a request for help and the next morning there was an email already and it was sent by Denise. I must say I haven’t dealt with a customer service representative so nice, so pleasant, and so helpful. She took care of the ordering of the lenses I needed. It was a pleasure having someone so nice and polite help me out. We all know that is no longer the norm. I’d would give Denise and the company 10 stars if there were 10 stars to fill out.
