Promptly sent an email letting me know the order was delayed due to a mismatch on the prescription. Called them and was able to immediately correct it. The representative was very courteous!

It had been awhile since I had used LensDirect, but recently purchased replacement contact lenses and the order process was easy. I needed to check some of the information on the order, but it was not in history. I contacted on line support. Answered the questions necessary in order to get to "live" support. Once connected to live support, the representative introduced himself as "Alex." He was courteous, read the information provided and without asking me to repeat myself, searched for the order and sent a confirmation to my email. It was EXACTLY how customer service should be. POLITE. FAST. We all value our time and I rarely rate my experience, because I don't think they matter, but just had to stop and do it this one time. Thank you Alex!

Received wrong order, sent message to customer service. Within 30 minutes received an email from Denise with a return label and expedited my correct order for me.
