I was a bit hesitant to send my Italian frames but it was very cost effective and I could get better lenses. I was a bit afraid when I had to sign a waiver because there was the potential the frames could brittle but luckily they came back in mint condition. The process was extremely fast, and Denise was super helpful, reliable and she got back to me with all the tracking information. I am very happy with the quality of the lenses. They gave me back the old lenses and the diference in quality is notable. The free lense case is really good quality! Very happy, hassle free if you follow the prompts.
