Not what I expected, but phenomenal service
I ordered some lenses for my Ray Bans and they were not what I had expected. My fault! The return process was super simple and Lexie did a great job assisting me.

Outstanding customer service
I've ordered glasses from Lensdirect.com before and always been happy with my purchase. This time I ordered my glasses with the lenses a gradient purple which turned out to not be good look for me. After speaking with a very helpful customer service person they offered to remake the lenses for me. This is above and beyond customer service and is greatly appreciated. I will be getting all my glasses from Lensdirect.com in the future.
