I needed to quickly get a copy my purchase receipt from LensDirect. I emailed them (not expressing urgency or the reason for my request) but Warren Lewis, after asking for some verification items, quickly responded by providing an FSA invoice displaying all the items I needed to give for reimbursement!! Thanks, Warren, for excellence in service!!

I had a few questions on shipping my glases for lens replacements. Bibi was fantastic! She answered my questions efficiently and even followed up to make sure that I knew about some things we did not discuss. Excellent customer service combined with care!!
