Awesome customer service! I had ordered from a competitor and was on back order on the verge of running out! Lens direct sent me 2 weeks of trials so I did not run out until my order was delivered!

Really friendly and responsive customer service. Claire and Bibi both helped me out. Even though I was not able to get my lenses for the frames I have (guess I have super strong Rx) I would highly recommend LensDirect to any of my friends based on my positive experience with these two employees.

Olivia was great and fast responding to my questions and concerns of a new customer and order. Olivia's instructions was clear and easy to follow. This was a easy process from start to finish to place a lens replacement order for my own frames.
