I was very impressed with how easy it was to order my contacts with Lens Direct online and the price was amazingly low compared to my eye doctor’s office. Additionally I was amazed with the customer service. When I placed my order, there was difficulty reading the prescription so they requested that I resubmit it. Alex immediately confirmed that it was received, they were able to verify and, consequently, the order was placed. All of this was done within a 24-hour period. Great job Alex! Bibi was able to do an address change after my auto fill went through without any issues. Super efficient.

I had a false order/charge to my card and Customer service rep, Bibi was able to have the problem solved and money returned to my account within a matter of minutes. However, I do not suggest ordering from lensdirect or even inquiring about possibly ordering. Once they receive your information and order is placed within a matter of a hours without your prescription ever being verified.
