I had a minor billing issue and Aaliyah helped me resolve it in less than 5 minutes and was an absolute pleasure. This is the only way I order contacts now!

It was quite easy to order replacement lenses. I chatted with Aaliyah, and she helped me figure out how to mail my frames to get the new lenses. Crossing my fingers that everything works out well; I need to replace my lenses frequently on otherwise "healthy" frames and this is a great option for me.
