My issue was very urgent and flustering, but Bibi helped me out and took care of my issue with no problems. Also it was resolved in a timely manner!

My prescription expired and my appointment isn’t for another month so I tried their online vision test. Unfortunately the online vision test wasn’t going through. It took me almost an hour and multiple retries to get it to load until I gave up. OLIVIA helped me tremendously to getting my money back. She was kind and quick to get the job done. I have used Lens Direct many times and recently ordered a supply of contact lenses using a 15%off promo code which resulted in a very competitive price. The following day I received a LensDirect email advertising their 20% off Veteran’s Day sale. I was disappointed I missed the opportunity having just place my order less than 24 hrs earlier. I was able to contact customer service thru their website and shared my disappointment on timing. Within an hour I heard back from Danea informing me my order would be updated to reflect the additional 5% off! There was no question or excuses. Just a genuine desire to make a customer satisfied!
