Excellent response time via text to fix my bad prescription info before my order could be processed. The agent I spoke with was named Dornio and was very helpful and patient with me since I was a frustrated. They contacted my eye dr in min and texted me back and responded quickly to all my texts I sent asking questions. Even gave me info I hadn’t thought of to make ordering smoother. All around I highly recommend ordering ur contacts with LensDirect. And I give Dornio an A+ in customer service. Thanks.

I ran out of contacts and needed them asap. I did the inline vision test and got them ordered but sadly they were back ordered. Aaliyah was so helpful she upgraded my shipping to priority free of charge and got them shipped out the same day.
