Worried about sending a frame that was quite expensive, I'd sent it by FEDEX. Low and behold, I received an email informing me that LensDirect would return the frame-plus-lenses via the safest way possible. Starr, the person at LensDirect went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the process. I have been very impressed with the promptness of replies each time I had questions or concerns. Initially there was a delay in the manufacturing due to low stock of the particular lenses. Customer service was outstanding in contacting first Bibi and Claire who expedited the manufacture and shipment to me. The workmanship is outstanding and the packaging and case are first rate. Definitely will be using Lensdirect again soon. Thanks
