There is a lead time in getting my contacts, to no fault of Lens Direct, however they are sending partial shipment and expediting shipping. Dornio was wonderful when I reached out with questions.

Upon my husband’s recommendation of LensDirect with his most positive results, I was not as successful. Although the prescription and specs were correct, the lenses didn’t work for me. With that said, Customer Support, Starr, Danea and others were amazingly knowledgeable, supportive and patient! They waited for my yearly ophthalmologist appt! Although my lenses did not work out, I would absolutely recommend LensDirect! They approved a full refund. 2 happy customers!

I had an auto-refill subscription that I had forgotten about, and no longer needed. When I got an email about the auto refill order that was placed, I immediately reached out via their chat and asked about canceling. To my surprise, I was connected to an associate very quickly. And the associate who helped me, Dornio, was very helpful with canceling my order and also asked about inactivating my auto-refill subscription before I even asked. The fact that they made this cancellation process so fast and easy, I'll be sure to order from LensDirect again.
