Customer Service is Key
I placed an order for lens replacement that somehow remained pending in the system. My order was not being fulfilled due to the issue and delaying my order. Although I haven’t yet received my order, I wanted to submit a review for the representative that assisted me by phone to resolve, Keisha Louise. I appreciate the attention she provided by putting the client first and maintaining the integrity of the company. I would have rated no more than a 2/3 star if it was not for Keisha. Thank you.

Excellent experience!!
I needed help to adjust my order with a coupon code, Bibi in Customer Service was helpful, polite and competent! My issue was resolved with ease and Bibi even pointed out some other ways I could maximize my savings on my order! Great experience

Warren was very helpful
