Very helpful!
Starr was very helpful regarding my order. I ordered a pack of contacts but the shipping was taking a while. When I contacted them Starr made sure to expedite my issue and change my shipping priority so I get them quickly. My contacts are on back order but she managed to make sure the manufacturer knows.

I was ordering a pair of contact lenses and glasses when I realized the shipping address was incorrect. I went to the chat, and with the assistance of an expert named Bibi, everything was quickly fixed and even expedited my order. They even made sure I had everything necessary when completing my order.
