Had Lensdirect.com install replacement lenses on two glasses. One was for computer use and the other progressives. Both have been terrific. The lens replacements were done correctly and I'm extremely happy with the lenses, service and cost. The progressives were on point and required no time to get accustomed to. Over the weekend I placed another lens replacement order for progressives. Would recommend Lensdirect.com without hesitation.

I recently had my eye glass prescription updated and wanted to use my old frames for a pair of sunglasses. I got on the website and chose the options I wanted. The cost was roughly 35% of what my local eye doctor charged. I followed the instructions and sent my old glasses to LensDirect in their prepaid box. They contacted me and suggested I use a high density material because otherwise my prescription would result in very thick lenses. I agreed, authorized the cost increase and waited for the glasses. It took longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait. Not only were the lenses perfect (and they were complex progressive lenses), they also replaced the missing nose pads on my old frames at no cost! Their customer service was great, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would recommend LensDirect to anyone looking for quality glasses at a great price. They have earned my business going forward!

It took about a month to receive my replacement lenses, but it was done very well. When I ordered the lenses, LensDirect put my order on hold, indicating that they needed the pupillary distance. This was already on the prescription, but I contacted them through the chat and spoke to Keisha, who made sure it was entered on the order. The glasses arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I am very happy with the glasses and the cost was less than 1/3 of what my optometrist would have charged.
