The customer service I received from the live chat agent was exceptional! Ellen quickly resolved an issue I had with my order that seemed to be stuck pending shipment. She was courteous, sincere, and went above and beyond. I'm pleased with how quick and easy it was to speak with someone who could be so helpful.

Keisha L. turned a terrible experience around. The associate before her said there was nothing she could do, after I told this associate that LensDirect told me on instagram i would just have to pay the difference in price for a product, the associate began to help, 45 minutes later i thought i had a solution but the mailing label the associate sent me would have sent my glasses to my own address. I immediately hopped on the online chat to try to fix it, THANK THE UNIVERSE i landed on Keisha, who fixed it 1) the first time 2)fast 3)thoroughly and completely. i did not have to correct her about the company's policy, did not have to beg for assistance, Keisha went above and beyond what i asked of her. Give this woman a raise.
