Great help, via chat with Natasha:)
I couldn't figure out how to add my prescription after I'd already placed my order. The link wasn't working, so I needed some help. Natasha really fixed everything for me. I was having trouble with attachments and while I was working on it, she got everything set up and ready to go! Really fast, yet patient A+++!

This 5 star review is for the customer service rep!
This 5 star review is for the customer service rep, Bibi, who took care of my frustrating situation. I had placed my order 9 days earlier and checked the status yesterday. It said it was pending because the prescription needed updated. Why didn't the site tell me that when ordering last week and why didn't I receive an email??? Bibi was able to work with the purchasing dept and get my order sent out this afternoon with no shipping charges via FedEx. Bibi is the kind of specatcular customer service rep every company should have and every customer should get to deal with!
