These 5 Stars are for Ellen J. in Customer Service. Not only did they fix my problem, but they went above and beyond to help make the experience better for me. The whole process on chat was easy and quick. I left 10x happier than when I started the chat. Never have I ever experienced a better customer service person.

Just received my frames with new lens…
Just received my frames with new lens and they look and feel great! It was taking a little longer than expected so text LensDirect, it didn't take long for Bibi to respond to see what the delay was and insured me that I would have my glasses soon...thank you! I'm soooo happy that I've found a place where I can keep my frames and get new lenses!! Thanks LensDirect!!

Great experience with LensDirect.com!
Great experience with LensDirect.com! I had a question about my order so I reached out to customer service using their website form. I heard back from Natasha the next day answering my question and sending me a request for my PD. They sent me everything I needed to find my PD and explained they needed this quickly so they could process my order. After I had answered their question, I received a response to let me know everything was all set and my order was ready to be completed by their team! I can't wait to receive my perscription sunglasses!
