Sheena is absolutely the best CSR
Sheena is absolutely the best CSR! Not only did she explained the process but, as the middle man, transferred suggestions from the technician so that I would appreciate my updated glasses. It was a real pleasure working with someone who is looking out for your best interest.

Lenora was very available to me!
Lenora was very available to me. She listened to my problem and request for help. She made sure that she had specific details. Lenora told me what she would do to make the delivery meet my needs. She also assured me she would follow up as soon as she contacted the department to get an updated status. Within a short while, Lenora called and was able to work to have the shipment sent to me. Lenora gave me the new tracking number. Super friendly, understood my request and followed up! Such a super customer service experience!
