I was worried Lens Direct would not…
I was worried Lens Direct would not make good on the wrong prescription they sent me. I was wrong! And thanks to Warren, he got me all set up with the right prescription headed my way! Warren was very helpful and professional.

Keisha, great customer service!!
I ordered a replacement lens for a frame. In my account there were 2 different prescriptions and the wrong one was placed in the order. Two weeks after receiving the glasses I emailed the company and Keisha responded to my emails, told me exactly the steps ro take and now I'm getting the lens replacement done with the updated Rx. Thanks to LensDirect and Keisha for how they handled this issue in a professional matter.

Great customer service
Natasha, helped solve my issue. My contacts were not focusing properly and she was able to mail out my new set of contacts with the correct prescription without a hassle! 10/10 customer service

There was a minor issue with my glasses. Charlena in customer service was prompt and professional to help me. Great service, I am so glad I used LensDirect instead of going through the process of buying new progressive sunglasses, I saved over $400.00.
