This company has the best customer relations I have encountered in quite a while. This time it was Kissel. Responded almost immediately to my email and answered my concerns as if reading my mind.

I purchased contacts two weeks prior to…
I purchased contacts two weeks prior to a forgotten auto-prescription. I was able to cancel in time the auto prescription before I was charged again for another year's worth of contacts. The customer service agent was very helpful and courteous. I will continue to shop at LensDirect.com
