Great Customer Service!
I used LensDirect exclusively for several reasons: selection, pricing, ease of ordering, and above all else, the company's outstading customer service -- in particular, the service provided by their team member Oneil. He recently resolved issues I had with orders for contact lenses and glasses, and did so promptly and at the highest level of professionalism.

I realized I had forgotten my PD in my…
Great customer service. I realized I had forgotten my PD in my order and texted lens direct hoping there was a person not a bot. Surprisingly, the next morning on a holiday weekend no less, I got a text from Bibi, who went out of her way to make sure every detail was in place. Thanks Bibi for you care and th LD for having a great customer service in place!

Great job, great company!
I sent this company 2 pairs of 20 year old frames. They were in rough shape having been shoved in a drawer for most of those years. Since I had been unable to find a new pair that were as comfy as these old frames, I took a shot and sent them to Lens Direct with my new prescription. I am so pleased with the result. Both were returned in pristine condition, tightened, cleaned and fitted with new lenses. I couldn't be happier with the result. Good job!!
