I never got my contact lenses. They never gave me a refund. They are liars and thieves. Do not use this company. Unless you like giving money away for nothing. Thieves.

Poor communication, could not fill my order but took over a week to notify me, I was without my glasses for 2 weeks due to their poor service.

Can’t get this company to respond to me. I have called and emailed. They sent me a second order of 6 months of contacts one month after l ordered and received my first order of 6 months of contacts and charged me for them. I did not order or want these contacts. I have spent almost a month trying to get them to send me a return shipping label so l can send them back and get my refund. Two weeks ago l was told to expect the return label in two days. I never received it and now l can’t get them to answer my calls or emails. Very frustrating!!

Ordered glasses on 7/8/2020. As of today (7/27/2020) still no glasses and no updates. Called several times and got no answer. Finally got in touch with a 'representative' and had to cancel my order. This company is fraudulent. Do NOT do business with this company.

I've reached out to customer support twice and have heard nothing.

I never got my contacts. Ive emailed them multiple times and tried going on to their chat. Every single time I try to use the chat they send a message saying 'thanks, we will get back to you soon." They never do. I'm deaf and can't call. I've been trying to get my contacts for weeks now. Horrible customer service. Feels like a scam!

Awful customer service.

Terrible. Contacts never came. Told they were reordered, sent original tracking number from the ones that never came for the new ones.
