Great prices and seems to be an easy…
Great prices and seems to be an easy enough system. First time ordering a replacement on my lens & I forgot to add my coupon ; Kissel was awesome !! Took care of me within minutes, is what it felt like & definitely has part in the reason I’ll be coming back for more orders. Thank you Kissel & lens direct.

Now that's customer service!
I contacted customer service ( Selwyn) as I forgot to add the promotional discount, totally on me. She refunded the difference, no question. Now that's customer service! Thank you Selwyn!

Great customer service!
I had a great experience recently with Sharissa in Customer Service. I had a few questions regarding my order and she was friendly, quick, and helpful with her responses. I've been ordering from LensDirect for a few years now and their Customer Service department has always been so helpful in answering questions or resolving issues throughout the years.
