Lens Direct is extremely lucky I decided not to sue them for gross incompetence and false advertising.

It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my order! I've emailed the company several times without any resolution. I demand a refund immediately.

shipment was a week late and i called and made a report and they told me they would call me back and never did. also my boxes were not labeled on which eye they are for so i has to go through my prescription and figure that out. small things that made my first experience kind of aggravating.

This is the second time your package got no where near my home. Please refund the shipping cost as well because I did NOT order this. I look forward to having the FULL refund of 128.00. Thank you. Do NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO ME AGAIN!!!

The contacts were 30.00 more expensive than my local subscription box store. I ordered the wrong prescription.I realize it was my fault but they wouldn't work with me at all on exchange.Who would you buy from?

my prescription was set to expire. I was sent new contacts per an auto order without consulting with me first. I returned the contacts and have not received a refund.

The lenses we bought here become clouded and can not be cleaned. We bought one month lenses that my daughter had worn for years and the were unwearable in 5 days.

I made a mistake typing in my prescription and you lied about verifying my prescription. I paid the price and Ultimately got nothing. I just gave away money.
