This company has very fair prices; they don’t try and hose you with features you really don’t want or need. But what, truly, made me happy besides the great prices was Nyah, a first class, five star, customer care woman. I had a minor issue and she was able to make things right. The time I spent explaining everything, she was always kind, truly genuine and understood at all times what I was explaining. Had it not been for Nyah, I would not have ordered new lenses as I was going to have them fabricated locally at a significantly higher price. All reps from Lensdirect should emulate this wonderful woman and I guarantee you this company would double or triple their business. For me reputation and customer service is the first and foremost thing I look for. I would never bother to order with a company that had a not so good reputation and terrible customer care.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
