Proof of Quality
I sent my glasses to LensDirect and was notified by various employees along the process. My lenses were replaced in my frames and the fit/feel is perfect. Karielle double checked with me to ensure I was well pleased. I would certainly recommend them and will use them again.

Excellent Customer Care
So far so good! I am providing this review of the customer service I have received in that I am just today placing an order. I will provide a review of the glasses and replacement lenses when I receive them. I would normally wait to review the product but the pre-order Customer Care provided by Bibi has been so outstanding that she deserves a special mention. Hopefully everyone has as wonderful an experience with the customer care department as I have. Thank you Bibi!
