My third time ordering my prescription lens online with them. Note, it might take awhile, but with their 30% coupon, sometimes they even have 40% off, soooo worth it! Beats spending $650-$800 for prescription lens into your frames!

1. Easy to order 2. Pricing is very competitive compared to alternatives 3. I have a complex prescription having had surgery in one eye in the past, and the lenses I have gotten in the past through Lens Direct were really great--ie the prescription was just right. I hope this happens with this upcoming set which I think is the 4th set of lens replacements I have obtained through Lens Direct

Nyah took care of my needs quickly, expertly, and courteously. Great employee. Thanks!

Very nice and polite

Nyah was a great customer service representative and made the process very quick! She was very helpful in ensuring my contacts arrive safely :)

I had a Quick response via txt message to check the status of my frames. She assured me the frames were delivered but they hadn’t been scanned in yet which made me feel at ease. She even gave me the next steps that will come once they are scanned in. Appreciated the extra! Thanks Lens direct!

Nyah was able to resolve the issue with my order in just a few minutes.

She helped me quickly, saved me money, and I could tell she was genuinely smiling during our conversation. What a breath of fresh air for customer service!
