Attentive Customer Service
The Lens Direct process has been an easy process. I even ran into a small concern that was handled seamlessly. I contacted customer service and spoke to Nyah who was awesome and helped me through the process. I'm looking forward to wearing my updated glasses soon.

Overall great experience
Overall great experience! I was traveling out of the country within three weeks of getting my glasses done - scared that I would not received them in time. I had contacted customer service and Nyah was so helpful in expediting my order! Soon to be receiving my glasses just in time for my flight! Thanks again lens Direct !

Nyah assisted me with my refund, GREAT customer service!
I got late-charged for an order back in August, but I called and within 10 mins, Nyah helped me get a refund. I really appreciated that, and she assured me my next shipment would be at the appropriate time.
