I ordered prescription reading glasses. I don't know why you can't make the simplest of lenses. This is the second time you have tried to fix the problem, I don't know why you can't get it right. I sent you my brand new prescription that I received on October 5, 2020. Yet, instead of getting prescription reading glasses I got junk. And you did it two times. Absolutely no excuse and I intend to get my money back. I will never use you for anything ever again. Total and complete waste of my time.

They promoted a 20% savings that they refuse to honor.

Rx was wrong in both eyes when I received my glasses. I’ve reached out to my assigned representative twice asking for resolution, but I still haven’t received a reply. Waste of time and money.

Specifically changed the mailing address on my order as I am out of town and just had to have my husband spend money to remail them to me. Not happy! 😡

I have been waiting since Oct 19th for my lenses. I have emailed and called and I am still waiting. This morning I have called and cannot get through to company. Whoever is answering calls has no reception on their phone. I have been disconnected 2x. I need my contacts for my job...If I get no response I want my payment refunded and I will go to another company. I have never had any problems with previous companies. Thank you

I am having trouble with my glasses as the CYL number is different from my prescription & the other duplicate pair I have. I sent an email & have not heard back for days.

I got the first pair and they made me very dizzy, so I sent them back and had them make them single vision instead of progressive. The second pair finally came and the frame is bent weird and doesn't fit like it did before and the vision just isn't right. Well after looking over everything and trying to decide what to do, I discovered that the prescription is not correct. They didn't even look at the prescription paper to check it. I've now been dealing with this for over 2 months.

I received the wrong lens and didn’t notice it until I tried on a pair and when I contacted LensDirect for a return label they said I cannot return opened box now I’m stuck with a bill of $123. Would never order from this company again
