Trash service. Ordered my contact replacements. The ONLY reason I chose this place was because they had a special at checkout for free 1-2 day shipping. I would've easily paid the extra 15$ in cost at another company for the 1-2 day because I only have 5 days left of contacts. It's now 4 days after my purchase and I'm getting an email today for USPS 5-6 business day shipping. You also receive an email with "an account representative", and its fake. I emailed her 3 days ago, no response. I also called the number that they say is a direct line and the line doesn't ring. Reality is most people will still buy here cause they'll give you a cheaper price but they don't deserve 5 stars for false advertising and a fake account rep.

Item orderd Dec 02 2020. And I have not received my purchase this far . Thur fore depending if and when I do receive item,I will Return it .... Very disappointed !!!!

I have yet to receive my order, I checked my tracking and it said it was delivered today in my mail box but when I went to got and check nothing was there. The shipping was already delayed a few days and now this. I just want my contacts before Christmas.

Order was placed on December 1 2020 and it is now December 16th and have yet to receive the product I ordered.

The first time we ordered, we had no problems. However, this time my contacts never arrived or were lost??? I plan to be calling to hopefully fix this.

Placed an order online said it was free shipping and 5-6 business days for delivery. Its been 8 days now and nothing . I call them up and the represetative Tylen tell me "its 5-6 days from when it ships" and they dont have the product in yet so when they do get it in from the manufacturer then it will take 5-6 days to get it. That is simply fraudulent.

They sent the wrong lens. No apology. Still waiting for return label to return the contacts so I can get a refund. Not nice people to deal with.

Horrible experience. Contacts were on auto delivery, however, the prescription had expired. They sent the contacts anyway, four months after the prescription expired. Contacted them and was told I could send them back. But I have to pay to ship them back. Horrible.
