This was my first time ordering prescription replacement glasses online. At first I was a bit apprehensive but once I have spoken to Keisha and had all of my questions answered very professionally I was very happy with the service. I definitely would recommend LensDirect to anyone who needs their prescription done.

Bibi was great! She worked with me on my order when the online order form wouldn't accept my PayPal payment. She called me and took my Visa card, put that on my account and verified all my information. My last order with LensDirect was also a success, making and installing lenses in a unique Standard Issue military frame that has enabled me to see much better after some serious eye operations. I doubled my order this time so that I would have a backup pair of glasses.

Lots of competition in this arena. Have had negative experiences with others but have used this company twice with excellent results. Am getting ready to use them again to put new lenses in frames I found, liked, and purchased. Kimia helped me this time, and she was awesome. They keep it simple, and the quality of their work is much better than the handful of others who do a lot of advertising & hype about themselves. Pricing is fair, not much different than most. But it's money better spent!
