Superb customer service
My first time using lens direct will certainly not be my last! I was able to replace a set of bifocal lenses which were not working for me with a progressive and transitional pair from lens direct which I love. I immediately ordered a second pair for another frame I had and Kimia made the process seamless with quick responses and superb customer service.
