Bibi is amazing

A model for customer service
Hand down, Keisha was the best customer service I ever had (and that is a very long time). She was thorough, patient, and “closed the loop” by calling me back at the end of the process for any questions I may have. I was mostly impressed by her making the effort to have all the needed information emailed to her while being on the phone with me so to avoid any delays - FIVE STARS ++
