I’d give them a negative 10 but it’s not an option. It says 30 day money back guarantee but that’s if the box is NOT opened! How you supposed to tell if the box can’t be opened. They had my prescription so not being an eye doctor, I thought they could tell the frame size, lense prescription, and everything else since it’s wrote on there. Well as it turns out, they don’t honor the guarantee, they don’t know what size glasses will fit, they don’t care, they don’t exchange, they got your $400 and that’s all they want. Too bad so sad!! AVOID these people! They will take ur money and leave you without glasses and no way to come up with more $$ to get any. Of course they did offer for you to buy MORE!!!

I placed an order for contact lenses. They have been backordered for over a month. There was no proactive communication from customer service with status updates or any feedback. I've followed up with customer service several times - currently on hold for more than 30 minutes. I have run out of lenses since ordering and am suffering from headaches and eye strain. I ordered from this company based on their promise of fast shipping. Now I have to start all over with another company.

I never got my contact lenses it seems they were in a vortex in never never land. I patiently waited a month and finally decided that I needed to cancel this order and try another company. I reached out to the BBB and they were no help either. Every single customer service agent apologized and they even upgraded my shipping but when there is no product that upgrade is absolutely worthless!

I chat with agent on 2/8 to confirm that I can order an axis 150 degree from them because competors site do not offer. Agent say yes so I place order. They say 2 bussiness days to ship. On Friday, the chat said they just order from manufactor and can not say anything about order (i.e. in stock or not). Now today at 1:38pm, I get e-mail that order is canceled because discontinued by manufacturer. Do not order from this place as they are just simplified middle man with no knowledge of the products that they sell.

Unable to provide an order update but charged me for an order they aren't sure when i will get. i tried emailing, utilizing the chat, and the phone number and no one had anything other than that "we don't have your order, and can't tell you when you'll get it". I would not have ordered if they had been honest and advised that they didn't have a prescription in stock.

Extremely slow. Not even close to the timeframe they said on the website. It's been a month since I ordered. It's been stuck in making lenses for several weeks and called to get status and was told it "should" be another week. So far, I am unimpressed with their process. I will update my review when I receive them.

They claim a ten business day turn around .. it's been almost a month and nothing yet. I sent in two orders.. one finally shipped but is now lost in transit and they've yet to even start they other order. Next time I'll do a little more research before I'll be so trusting again. Lens Direct? More like Lens Indirect and super slow service. Never again..

Delayed shipping and never received order. So, therefore I canceled my order. Waited for contacts to ship out for over more than 2weeks. Each time I called they will say they are shipping out today. I was lied to several times about when I should expect my order. I never had this problem before I have always received my order in a timely manner up until now. I was a loyal customer for about 10 years until now. I have moved forward with another online company and received an email the same day stating my order has shipped! Im so happy I found another company! Do not purchase from Lensdirect find something better.
