Ordered the wrong prescription and LensDirect made it right
I mistakenly ordered the wrong prescription strength the first time I ordered from LensDirect. I emailed with Kwasi on the Customer Service team and he was fantastic. I was able to receive a new replacement order at no cost. Thank you so much!
