Impressed, very professional!
I wish I found them before purchasing a new pair of sunglasses. Need re-lens on some frames and found their site.I have some concern on payment method, and Keisha took time and processed my order in no time. She is very patient and answered all my questions. In fact I spent the least amount of time on the phone with LensDirect than the 2 other online merchant. They will be my go to every year. Great prices, too.

Great Customer Service!
I have not yet received my frames back yet. However, the customer service up to this point has been wonderful. I have worked with representatives Alex and Nyah. Alex recommended an upgrade to my previous order to get the best product possible in the cost was very reasonable. I did not feel that I was being upsold like I do at some places. Also, Nyah reached out directly to my doctor since I could not pick up the information on my own since I was out of town.
