I contacted LesDirect Customer service and spoke with Bibi. They were great in assisting me with my current issue. I will send my glasses back to be checked out. I hope they can resolve my issue. In regards to Bibi they were great help and did amazing job.

I spoke to Jade to confirm my online order was successful and they received everything that was needed. She said the prescription was approved and photo of my glasses was there as well.
