From their customer service down to going above and beyond and tightening the legs of my frame. I had to call customer service as I was having trouble uploading my prescription after relogging in days later after I had paid for the replacement of my lenses. I got a real person on the phone who helped me out. I was also emailed and replied to. I couldn't find frames that I liked. Don't mean to sound old, but they don't make frames, atleast brand frames, with style like they used to. I had some Dolce Gabana metal frames that were just thrown in a drawer that I didnt use because the lenses were so scratched. Decided I wanted to reuse the frames again. I called a couple of optometry places and they were frankly giving me a hard time, whether it was price or making it sound difficult. So I was happy to find this website on Google where it promised they could replace lenses on my own frames. The price was just right. I got the one where they ship me a case in a box and I send it right back. Came with a sticker label so I didn't even have to print one out. Talk about convenience. Handed the package to my mail man and off it went. Got it a couple weeks later. My frames were a little raggedy when I sent them in. And to my surprise they tightened them. Something I didn't know was included, but I really appreciate. Now I can wear them as soon as right now. I love this company. I highly recommend their service.

I tried the lens replacement process and it was super simple and fast! They shipped a box and prepaid shipping label, and within 1.5 weeks I received my glasses back with updated lenses. They were packaged securely, and it was SO much cheaper than going to a local eyeglasses store. I'm already submitting my second pair of glasses!

Lucky for me, Daisy took a look at my order and verified my prescription. I had accidentally entered in the wrong contact information. She was able to quickly rectify it for me and get my order on it’s way. Best customer service, I have ever experienced.
