They ALWAYS get get back to me via email within a few hours around any questions I have, and even made an exchange super easy! I wear my contacts way more than my glasses so having my prescription quick is very important to me. I only get my contacts from them 😁

Sharissa was an absolute gem of a human! She helped me correct my lens prescription info to make sure I got exactly what I ordered - which was totally my mistake, but she made it an effortless and quick process for me which I’m SO grateful for! I can’t wait to receive my new glasses :)
