Easy to use site
Easy to use site. The only problem was the overly precise way LensDirect expected the prescription to be worded. But the followup customer service was excellent. Good price and quick shipping...even to Hawaii.

I like the convenience of ordering …
I like the convenience of ordering online, one thing I would change is the shipping timeframe. I also wish theh had better pricing.

My first order with LensDirect was two …
My first order with LensDirect was shipped on time but a snafu st my local USPS failed to notify me. Turns out, LensDirect did their job. Carrier messed it up.

If you look at your tracking, you will see that a notice was left for you on the 10th from your post office. The reason that package is not in your hands yet is because you were on vacation. The package is currently being held for you so that it would be safe. If those lenses are not at the post office, we will start an investigation. You will not go without lenses, I promise!
