I wanted an update on the progress of my glasses. Was delightfully surprised when KAYLA got back to me almost immediately and helped me figure out they were in transit but had been misdirected in the post office. I’m very impressed with customer service and equally impressed with my glasses. I’m sending in for another pair.

I mistakenly order the wrong prescription and contacted the customer service team. Using both the 800 number as well as text, I was able to quickly and seamlessly corrected my mistake. Great job LensDirect!!
