Kayla was awesome and provided exceptional customer service! She was patient and very knowledgeable and courteous, and very friendly. She made my experience non cumbersome, she listened which is huge in customer service, and I didn’t have to hit 20 prompts to get to her and she was very professional and laughed at my jokes! Give her a raise all customer service should be this way, but unfortunately other companies don’t get it. Keep up the good work Kayla you rock!!!!
