Lens direct is a great company for lenses. You have to wait but its worth the wait then spending hundreds at other places. Nyah at customer service is great and helped me to make the process smoother. I always get my lenses from them saves me alot of money.

I ordered my contact lenses and then needed to travel ahead of the scheduled delivery date. I sent an email requesting shipment to be accelerated and Kissel replied promptly and ensured my order was shipped that same day. I highly recommend LensDirect for your vision needs. Products are competitively priced and they have superior customer service.

I haven’t used them yet but need new progressive lenses. I’m pretty disappointed that all of the reviews here are for customer service and not actual lenses. I mean, good customer service is great, but what really matters is the quality of the lenses. Can anyone help me with this??

They put lenses in my frames.They did a great job.Took longer than expected,however after the initial error.They communicated all the way through the process.Customer service was is rated an A.The last customer service agent that helped me Bibi Khan,she was very professional.
