KAYLA was absolutely wonderful. She was thoughtful and ensured to ask all the right questions to get the clear picture of what I needed.

The frame I ordered was out of stock, so I had to select another one . Due to my not being very “ app literate “ I called customer support. After a very brief time on hold , I was connected to a live human My customer care representative Kayla was very polite and helpful . She merged my two different accounts that I had accidentally set up and had my new frame order done in less than 5 minutes .
