Friendly and helpful customer service
I had ordered Light Speed shipping, which offers 1-3 day shipping, but I didn't receive my order until 6 days later due to weather and other delays. Nyah was very helpful, and was happy to issue me a refund since I didn't receive my order on time. Every time I interact with LensDirect customer service, they are very friendly and helpful.
