Positive experience from beginning to end
I used this company because of their ratings. As I type this review I am wearing my GREAT new glasses. I appreciated the offers and discounts. Now I appreciate the great service. Was considering prescription sunglasses and decided to wait on these before I jumped in. I will be a return customer.

Email with Elmer was not helpful
Email with Elmer was not helpful. I was told order couldn’t be returned due to it being prescription. It was not a Rx. Spoke with BiBi who helped and did a great job. She took care of return quickly. She was also proactive in beginning to identify issue with address and post office. Bibi did great job.
