Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service! My first time ordering from LensDirect. I chose the wrong power for my contact lenses. I was notified via email of the issue right away. I called and spoke to Jamal and he was able to resolve it in 4 mins! Very convenient process!

Great experience. The AI was responsive and detailed and recognized when it was necessary to bring a live agent to the call.

Perfect Rx
I purchased a hand painted frame from Ronit Fürst out of Israel. I received my frame w/new progressive lenses from LensDirect today, 03/14/25, and they're AMAZING!! My frames are in perfect condition and my rx is GREAT!! Mario was very helpful!

Hi, wanted to share with you that you did an amazing job turning my old prescription glasses into new sunglasses. I had my vision corrected and no longer needed prescription glasses. The frames were expensive, still nice and stylish plus they fit well. After searching the net I came across your advertisement and I am glad I rolled the dice and sent both pair of glasses to you.
