I ordered prescription contact lenses
I ordered prescription contact lenses a few months ago. The price was good, item was accurate and exactly as expected. Shipment was quick too. Upon requesting an invoice, Kissel, the customer service rep, was also very friendly, prompt, professional and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend. Lensdirect is reliable

Amazing customer service
I have to say my order was incorrect, I contacted their chat and how amazing Kwasi and Elmer were! They helped me through the process of getting my correct lenses asap! Wonderful experience.
